1. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required deposit or full payment.
The remaining balance must be paid before the tour commencement date as communicated by our team.
Failure to complete payment within the specified period may result in cancellation of the booking.
2. Pricing & Inclusions
Tour prices are based on current rates and are subject to change without prior notice.
Package prices include only those services specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
Any additional expenses such as personal purchases, optional activities, tips, travel insurance, visa fees, and meals not mentioned in the itinerary are excluded.
3. Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Cancellation charges will apply according to the supplier's policies and the time remaining before departure.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation and administrative charges.
4. Amendments & Changes
Requests for modifications to confirmed bookings are subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply for itinerary changes, date changes, hotel upgrades, or other amendments.
Indology Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, permits, and any other required travel documents.
Indology Tours shall not be held responsible for any losses arising from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.
6. Traveler Responsibilities
Guests are expected to comply with local laws, customs, and regulations during their journey.
Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip.
Any damage caused by a traveler to hotels, vehicles, or other facilities shall be borne by the traveler.
7. Health & Safety
ravelers should ensure they are medically fit to undertake the journey.
Any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements must be disclosed before booking.
